We're Hiring: Sales Development Representative (SDR)

Park Square Clinic is looking for an ambitious, self-motivated Sales Development Representative (SDR) to help grow our medically-led aesthetics and wellness clinic.

If you're a confident communicator who enjoys speaking to people, generating opportunities, and getting rewarded for your results, this could be the perfect role for you.

About the Role

As an SDR, you'll be responsible for generating new business by engaging with prospective patients, qualifying leads, and booking consultations for our clinical team.

• Prospecting and generating new leads

• Making outbound calls to potential patients

• Following up with warm enquiries and dormant leads

• Qualifying prospects and booking consultations

• Managing your sales pipeline using our CRM

• Working towards weekly and monthly booking targets

Essential Requirements

Proven experience in outbound sales, cold calling, or lead generation

Excellent communication and relationship-building skills

Fluent English (spoken and written)

Confident handling objections and closing appointments

Self-motivated, resilient, and target-driven

Experience in healthcare, medical sales, or aesthetics is advantageous but not essential
