Role Description
This part-time Receptionist/Administrator role is based in our Edinburgh office. The role is a temporary position for 1 year to cover maternity leave, and would be for 3 days per week, with additional hours required to cover staff holidays.
The role involves welcoming visitors, answering and directing phone calls, and managing incoming emails in a professional and courteous manner. Daily tasks include maintaining reception and office areas, scheduling appointments and meetings, and handling incoming and outgoing mail. The Receptionist/Administrator will support the team with document preparation, data entry, filing, and updating client records in line with confidentiality requirements. The role also includes assisting with basic administrative support for accountants and tax advisors, coordinating office supplies, and helping ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
