Welcome to Space Cleaners! We're excited to have you join our team as a contract Worker.

To ensure a smooth and transparent working relationship, here are some key terms and conditions:

Contract Basis: Your employment is on a contract basis, offering flexibility and the ability to choose your working hours.

Pay: You'll earn an hourly rate of £10 - £20 for each job shift you complete. Payment schedules will vary depending on the agreed-upon contract terms and payment structure for each client. Your specific payment timeline may differ and could switch from weekly to fortnightly based on the job schedule.

Scheduling: We will assign work shifts based on client needs and your availability. We aim to provide at least [Number] days' notice for each shift.

Minimum Hours: This is a contract-based position with no minimum hours. We'll assign jobs based on client needs, available work, your availability, our schedule, and the type of job.

Client Choice: Take on as many clients as you wish! Your earning potential increases with the number of work shifts you choose.

Transparency: You'll receive clear information about each job, including location, duration, and specific tasks required.

Training: We provide comprehensive training to equip you with the skills and knowledge needed to excel in your role.

Professionalism: We require all Staffs to maintain a professional appearance and demeanour while representing Space Cleaners.

Confidentiality: Client information and company details must be kept confidential.

Right to Work: You must be legally entitled to work in the United Kingdom and be able to provide proof of this right.

Termination: This contract can be terminated by either party with 7 days' notice.

Health & Safety: We prioritise everyone's well-being. You must comply with all health and safety guidelines provided by Space Cleaners.

Independent Contractor: You start off as an independent contractor, responsible for your own taxes and social security contributions, except otherwise confirmed by use.

Dispute Resolution: Any disputes will be handled fairly and in accordance with UK employment law.
