AI Utilization: Leveraging AI to enhance productivity, creativity, and innovation by accelerating tasks, optimizing workflows, and personalizing experiences
Technology Adoption: Driving the adoption of innovative workplace technologies, focusing on M365 Copilot
Continuous Improvement: Seeking opportunities for continuous improvement within the team and applying a strategic perspective to technical discussions Strategic Influence: Demonstrating strategic agility, influencing without direct authority, and applying a business lens to technical discussions
