Band 3 Administrator - Bipolar service

Are you an experienced administrator who would like a role within the Bipolar Service. We are a specialist psychological service providing the Mood On Track Programme for those with diagnoses of Bipolar Disorder and related conditions.
The successful candidate will join a welcoming and supportive multi-disciplinary team with a clear ethos and vision. The team and its members align with the trust values of compassion, inclusion and commitment, seeking to provide the best care possible to the service users that they see.

- To provide secretarial and administrative support to clinicians which will include, recording of all new referrals to the service via the shared mailbox and ensuring that these are forwarded on to the relevant clinician and recorded on the team database.
- Acting as a focal point for telephone enquiries to the service, taking messages and communicating with them in a timely and effective manner.
- Maintenance of patients’ records, room bookings for appointments, arranging appointment dates and times with clinicians and sending correspondence to patients and uploading onto RIO.
- Producing a monthly report for referrals and presenting this at the Clinical and Referrals monthly data meeting to include any note taking.
- Ordering and maintaining stock and supplies and management of the petty cash accounts for the service.
