Senior Researcher/Resourcer

Raw Selection is an executive search firm partnering with Private Equity firms and their portfolio companies to secure executive talent.

We are in our next growth phase. Our first milestone is £10M in revenue. To get there, we are adding to the research team that is relentless on standards, disciplined on execution, and measured by outcomes.

This hire exists because growth has exposed a gap: we need an operator who can support us in delivering exceptional talent for our clients.

  • A key and senior member of the research team at Raw Selection
  • Responsible for the identification, attraction and interviewing of CXO talent

Requirements

  • 5+ years in recruitment/executive search in a researcher/resource or delivery role
  • Desire to raise the bar and raise standards in sourcing and assessment of candidates
  • Operating in a fast-paced and highly demanding environment
  • Proven track record of delivering even in the tightes t of sear ches

Location

Leeds city centre, office-based

Compensation

Basic Salary: £35,000 to £50,000

OTE: £60,000 to £85,000
