Job Purpose

The Lead Generation Manager is responsible for identifying, developing and qualifying new business opportunities to support the continued growth of WVH. The role will focus on building a strong sales pipeline through proactive lead generation, relationship development and effective use of CRM systems.

Working closely with the Sales Director, Marketing and wider Sales Team, the Lead Generation Manager will develop targeted campaigns, identify prospective customers, nurture relationships and convert opportunities into qualified sales leads.

The role plays a key part in achieving the Company's strategic growth objectives by increasing market presence, supporting customer acquisition and contributing to sustainable revenue growth.

Key Responsibilities

Lead Generation

  • Develop and implement lead generation strategies aligned to business objectives.
  • Identify and qualify new business opportunities across target markets.
  • Research prospective customers and key decision makers.
  • Generate high-quality sales leads through outbound activity, networking and digital channels.
  • Build and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.

Customer Relationship Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective and existing customers.
  • Develop customer engagement plans to maximise opportunities.
  • Ensure all customer interactions are professional, timely and customer focused.
  • Support customer retention through effective relationship management.

Sales Support

  • Work collaboratively with the Sales Director and wider Sales Team to convert qualified opportunities.
  • Arrange customer meetings and product presentations where appropriate.
  • Support quotation and tender opportunities.
  • Identify opportunities for upselling and cross-selling.

CRM & Reporting

  • Maintain accurate customer records within HubSpot CRM.
  • Monitor lead progression through the sales pipeline.
  • Produce regular reports on activity, conversion rates and pipeline performance.
  • Analyse sales data to identify trends and improvement opportunities.

Market Intelligence

  • Monitor market trends and competitor activity.
  • Identify emerging markets and potential business opportunities.
  • Share market intelligence with colleagues to support commercial decision making.

Collaboration

  • Work closely with Marketing to support campaigns and promotional activities.
  • Attend exhibitions, networking events and customer meetings where required.
  • Promote WVH professionally and positively at all times.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
