Health, Safety and Environmental Advisor

LSH Auto UK Ltd is on the lookout for a strategic and hands-on Health & Safety leader to join our growing team. As our Health, Safety & Environment Advisor, you’ll play a pivotal role in shaping and managing safety standards across our dealerships, workshops, and support functions.

Hours - 40

Salary - £35,000 - £40,000 dependant on experience

What You’ll Do: You will lead the H&S strategy and compliance across all sites. Drive a proactive safety culture overseeing training, audits, and risk management. You will report directly to senior leadership, with responsibility for health, safety and environmental initiatives.

This role will involve travel throughout the Midlands and Manchester area.

Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

· You will hold NEBOSH Diploma or NVQ Level 6 in Occupational Health and Safety Practice.

· You will have proven multi-site H&S leadership experience.

· Strong knowledge of UK H&S legislation

· Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills

· Full UK driving licence and flexibility to travel
