This is an outstanding opportunity for an experienced hospitality leader to play a key role within one of the UK's most exciting event operations. From prestigious conferences and gala dinners to spectacular weddings, sporting events and large-scale banquets, no two days are ever the same.

Leading a passionate team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional service standards, creating memorable experiences for thousands of guests every year and ensuring the seamless execution of events across one of the country's leading resort destinations.

OUR IDEAL HERO WILL HAVE

  • Proven management experience within a high-volume Conference & Banqueting, Events or luxury hospitality environment
  • Experience successfully leading large-scale events, conferences, banquets or weddings whilst maintaining exceptional service standards
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and develop high-performing teams
  • Excellent communication, organisational and problem-solving abilities, with a hands-on approach to leadership
  • A sound understanding of operational planning, budgeting, payroll management, service standards and Health & Safety compliance

  • Lead the day-to-day Conference & Banqueting operation, ensuring every event is delivered to the highest standards
  • Inspire, develop and support a large team, creating a positive culture focused on service excellence and guest satisfaction
  • Oversee the successful planning and delivery of conferences, weddings, banquets and major resort events
  • Drive operational performance through effective planning, communication, training and adherence to departmental standards
  • Work collaboratively with suppliers and colleagues across the resort to ensure seamless event execution and exceptional guest experiences
