We are looking for a Preconstruction Coordinator. This role is part of a multi-skilled team, where individuals will develop capability across all areas to ensure consistent, efficient, and right-first-time delivery for customers and the business.

Experience in utilities, construction, or infrastructure and an awareness of permits / NRSWA processes would be advantageous.

You will ideally have

  • Experience in an administrative, coordination, or planning environment
  • Experience working with scheduling or workflow systems
  • The ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities
In this role, you will:
  • Support the planning and allocation of work to operational teams and contractors based on location and requirements
  • Assist in ensuring all work is planned in advance of delivery dates
  • Update schedules and respond to changes, deferrals, and re-plans
  • Assist in coordinating projects from enquiry through to completion
  • Ensure required information, documentation, and approvals are in place at each stage
  • Act as a point of contact for customer queries and internal coordination
  • Obtain and manage permits, notices, and traffic management bookings where required
  • Support compliance with NRSWA and permitting requirements
  • Assist in managing notices, defects, and documentation
  • Support ensuring all jobs are “ready to go” prior to start
