Commercial Estates / Asset Manager – Chester – Fixed Term Contract

Prestigious northwest landlord, who are seeking an experienced commercial property surveyor to cover a maternity leave.

This is a varied client-side role which will involve aiding in the management of a diverse commercial property portfolio. Responsibilities include asset management, lease renewals, rent reviews, lettings, tenant engagement, development opportunities, sustainability initiatives, and supporting the delivery of the wider property strategy.

Key requirements

Strong background in commercial property management, estate management and/or asset management

Experience would be preferred across lease advisory, valuation, agency and landlord & tenant matters

Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills

Commercially minded with strong organisational and reporting abilities

MRICS qualified, ideally

Salary circa £45 - £50,000 (pro rata dep on term dep on experience).
