Pobl Group
Summary
We're looking for compassionate, dedicated Support Workers to join our Supported Living team in Ammanford, supporting three incredible individuals to live independently, pursue their goals, and enjoy life to the fullest. Our friendly team supports individuals with learning disabilities and mental health needs within their own homes, just a short walk from Ammanford town centre. The people we support lead active and fulfilling lives, enjoying volunteering, aqua aerobics, Zumba, cinema trips, and community activities. One individual has even competed in the Olympics. Every day brings something different, exciting, and rewarding. As a 24/7 service, flexibility is essential. You'll work a mix of day, evening, weekend and sleep-in shifts, with day shifts typically between 7:00am and 11:00pm. We have a range of part-time roles available, each including an additional 9-hour sleep-in shift. Due to the specific needs of the individuals we support and current legal guidance, this role is only open to applicants who are biologically female. A full UK manual driving licence is essential, as you'll be required to drive mobility vehicles. If you're passionate about helping others live the life they choose and want a career where no two days are the same, we'd love to hear from you.
