Customer and Product Support Specialist

$21 – $25 an hour – Full-time

Seeking self motivated, detail oriented individuals with the willingness to learn any skills necessary to help the business. Must have a professional and positive attitude toward their work, coworkers and customers. Looking for long-term commitment. Full Time or Part Time position available with competitive wages based on experience plus a benefits package.

Office/Sales Assistant

Duties

– Assist customers with sales by phone, online and in-person (indoors and outdoors)

– Maintain Office organization and process management

– Manage product inventory and maintenance

– Operate equipment to load/unload products.

– Schedule deliveries and coordinate logistics

– Deliver products to clients as needed

– Must be available Monday Friday and some Saturdays

Qualifications

– Computer skills (experience with Quickbooks Point of Sale and website sales a plus)

– Sales and general office duties

– Phone and customer service skills

– Equipment operating

– Building/construction knowledge

– Strong organization and attention to detail

– Ability to prioritize and multi-task in a fast paced environment

– Physical ability to lift 50 lbs

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $21.00 – $25.00 per hour
