Are you a Dual Diagnosis Mental Health Nurse looking for a new challenge ?
The award winning Homeless Rough Sleepers Nursing team for Somerset Foundation Trust are looking for a experienced Mental Health Nurse with experience in Substance Misuse to join there team.
The post holder will be responsible for providing flexible, outreach face to face interventions within the homeless nursing team for hard to reach, hard to engage complex patients with severe and enduring substance misuse and mental health difficulties.
