The Role

As a New Business Commercial Executive, you’ll be at the front line of our commercial growth — generating leads, building relationships, and providing tailored insurance solutions for businesses of all shapes and sizes.

You'll be supported, but also trusted — this role suits someone who wants to learn fast, take ownership, and grow into something big.

What You’ll Be Doing

• Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities (with support, not scripts)
• Following up warm leads and creating your own too
• Presenting commercial insurance solutions that actually fit
• Negotiating with insurers to secure competitive, reliable cover
• Keeping things tidy in the CRM (we’re organised, not bureaucratic)
• Collaborating with your team to deliver a brilliant client experience

What We’re Looking For

• Some commercial insurance – but if you’ve got the right mindset, we’ll train you
• Confident communication skills and a natural ability to build trust
• A “let’s go” attitude — proactive, resourceful, and ready to jump in
• Someone who brings energy and positivity to the team
• Curious and eager to learn fast (and not scared of picking up the phone)
• Cert CII is a bonus, or willingness to study toward it — we’ll support you
