We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable T Level Accounting Lecturer to join our teaching team and help develop the next generation of industry‑ready professionals. This role is ideal for someone passionate about high‑quality teaching, curriculum development and supporting learners to achieve their full potential.
As part of our Accounting and Business department, you will deliver engaging lessons, provide pastoral support as a Personal Tutor, and contribute to the ongoing development and quality assurance of our T Level programmes. You will also play a key role in assessment, course leadership, and maintaining strong links with employers to support industry placements.

Duties
- Deliver high‑quality teaching, learning and assessment across the T Level Accounting curriculum
- Provide academic and pastoral support to learners, acting as a Personal Tutor
- Plan, prepare and mark assignments, ensuring timely and constructive feedback
- Lead or contribute to course coordination, quality monitoring and curriculum review
- Support employer engagement and industry placement activity
- Participate in open events, school liaison and wider college activities
- Maintain professional competence through ongoing development and training
