We are looking for talented individuals to join our Supply Chain team as a Supply Chain Team Leader at our Burnley site.

Are you an experienced Supply Chain professional with a passion for planning, logistics, operational performance, and continuous improvement?
We're looking for a Supply Chain Line Manager to take ownership of the end-to-end supply chain activities for an industrial assembly line, ensuring the right products are delivered at the right time while driving efficiency, reliability, and productivity across the operation.
What you'll be doing:
- Managing the Planning & Control process for assembly lines
- Developing and maintaining the Master Production Schedule (MPS) and MRP processes
- Leading capacity planning (RCCP) and mitigating supply chain risks
- Coordinating internal and external supply chains to ensure customer commitments are achieved
- Managing inventory performance, stock reliability, and logistics flows
- Leading weekly planning reviews and driving recovery plans where required
- Supporting supplier reviews, audits, stock takes, and operational governance activities
- Analysing performance metrics and driving continuous improvement initiatives across the business.
We're interested in hearing from candidates with:
- Strong Supply Chain experience within manufacturing or engineering
- MRP2 and production planning expertise
- Experience with ERP systems and supply chain tools
- Knowledge of logistics, inventory management, and capacity planning
- Strong stakeholder management and leadership skills
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and continuous improvement
- APICS CPIM qualification (or working towards) is highly desirable
