Digital Content Designer
LTF DESIGN & MARKETING LTD
Company Overview
LTF is one of the UK’s leading digital growth partners for medical aesthetics, cosmetic surgery and dental clinics. We work with ambitious clinics across the UK, Europe and North America to help them attract more patients through industry-leading digital marketing.
Unlike traditional marketing agencies, our approach combines strategy, creativity, performance marketing and commercial insight to build long-term growth for our clients. Video has become one of the most powerful assets within that strategy.
Our team is passionate about creating impactful campaigns, delivering measurable results, and fostering strong client partnerships. We offer a collaborative, dynamic, and remote-friendly work environment where your contributions will make a difference.
Role Overview
The Digital Content Designer will be responsible for creating polished, performance-focused digital assets for both LTF and our clients.
This is not a basic Canva content role. We need someone with strong creative judgement, solid design fundamentals and advanced video editing ability. You will be expected to take raw footage, campaign briefs and brand guidelines and turn them into high-quality digital assets that feel premium, clear and commercially useful.
You will support organic social campaigns, paid media campaigns, website content, landing pages, email marketing, pitch decks, client presentations, display banners and video assets.
The role will work closely with Paid Media, SEO, CRO, Client Services and the wider Creative team to ensure every asset has a clear purpose. Some work will be brand building. Some will be conversion-focused. Some will be designed to stop the scroll, improve click-through rates or support website performance.
