The Growth Company’s (GC) CfA team is excited to offer a fantastic new opportunity for a Marketing and Communications Executive. In this role, you will support the Marketing Manager in the planning and delivery of marketing and communications for CfA’s brand and its services with the aim of winning new business and retaining existing customers against agreed targets.

Centre for Assessment (CFA) is a leading UKAS-accredited certification body specialising in providing assessment, certification, and training services to thousands of clients both nationally and internationally. With over 20 years’ experience in the assessment and certification industry, CFA work in partnership with a highly skilled team of auditors and assessors to provide a client-focused, value-adding service.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work with the Marketing Manager and CfA colleagues to generate a significant level of new leads and retain existing clients across CfA’s services, through innovative external and internal marketing campaigns, including digital activities.
  • Plan, develop, and deliver creative marketing solutions, writing engaging content and introducing fresh thinking to specific communications challenges.
  • Play a key role in developing, designing, and implementing targeted campaigns, coordinating specialist PR, events, marketing, and media partners.
  • Contribute to, and influence, the development and implementation of CfA’s marketing and communications plan and use of social media and online content including video, and work with PR and communications suppliers and media partners to ensure key messages are delivered to drive lead generation in line with branding guidelines and CfA objectives.
  • Continuously develop and deliver electronic and printed communications to CfA’s client base, writing content, briefing agencies and designers, and co-ordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Liaise with partners, suppliers, and other team members when required to maintain the functionality, accuracy, and appropriateness of website content and communications and carry out any associated website administration necessary to ensure the smooth operation of the website and online tools.
  • Ensure all associated administration such as raising purchase orders and period reports/reconciliation are completed in a timely manner and are checked for accuracy.
  • Report on campaign evaluation and monthly Key Performance Indicator reporting.

About you

  • Proven ability to deliver high-quality content across various platforms at pace.
  • Skilled in creative marketing and communications within dynamic environments.
  • Experience in website management and online content development using CMS systems.
  • Practical experience in developing and delivering impactful marketing materials, including advanced design software suites like Adobe.
  • Experience in using Google Analytics to inform strategic web decisions, with foundational knowledge of SEO and PPC.
