Raise Rochdale Pupil Referral Service provides a supportive, nurturing, and highly personalised learning environment for pupils who are unable to access mainstream education. We are seeking a highly organised, enthusiastic, and professional Level 2 Administrator to join our busy and supportive Pupil Referral Service. This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced administrator who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is committed to supporting vulnerable young people to achieve positive outcomes.

As the first point of contact for many visitors, parents, carers, and professionals, you will play a vital role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the service while providing excellent administrative support to staff, pupils, and external agencies.

Raise Rochdale PRS currently operates across three sites. The successful candidate will be primarily based at the Heights Lane site, with occasional travel to and support at other sites as required to meet the needs of the service.

What We’re Looking For

  • Have previous experience in an administrative role, ideally within an educational setting.
  • Possess excellent organisational and time-management skills.
  • Have strong IT skills, including Microsoft Office applications and database systems.
  • Demonstrate excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Be able to manage multiple tasks and work effectively under pressure.
  • Show attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
  • Be able to work independently as well as part of a team.
  • Understand the importance of confidentiality and safeguarding.
  • Be committed to supporting young people with a range of educational, social, emotional, and behavioural needs.
