We are working with a growing Autism Specialist School in the Reading area that is expanding due to increasing pupil numbers and demand. They are now looking to appoint several passionate SEN Teachers across KS1, KS2 and KS3.

• Qualified Teachers with QTS or equivalent

• Strong curriculum knowledge across KS1, KS2 or KS3

• Teachers who can adapt lessons to suit individual learning needs

• Someone who can create calm, structured and engaging learning environments

• Strong behaviour management and communication skills

• Team players who enjoy working closely with families and external professionals
