We are looking for an exceptional Business Development Manager to join our growing Partner Practice, someone with a true growth mindset who thrives on building people, pushing performance, and creating a culture of success. This is more than a management role. It is an opportunity to shape, lead, and grow a team of advisers, making a real impact on both individual careers and overall business performance.

The Role

· Driving sales performance and growth across the practice

· Leading from the front, managing, motivating, and inspiring advisers to succeed

· Building and developing a high-performing team, aligned with our ambitious vision

· Providing hands-on mentoring and coaching to help advisers reach their full potential

· Creating a culture built on accountability, continuous improvement, and excellence

· Ensuring strong adviser engagement and retention through effective leadership and support

· Identifying and developing future talent within the team

What We Are Looking For

· A proven Sales Manager or Team Leader with a track record of delivering results

· A natural leader who is passionate about coaching, mentoring, and developing others

· Someone with a strong growth mindset who embraces challenge and drives change

· Experience in building and managing successful teams

· High energy, resilience, and the ability to influence and inspire

· A genuine desire to create a positive, high-performance culture
