Corporate Director for Children's Services

BCP Council is seeking a Corporate Director for Children's Services to provide energetic, values led leadership across education, SEND, children's social care and commissioning.

Key Responsibilities

Shape the vision, direction and performance of the entire organisation and support delivery of the Council's overall strategy.
Strengthen financial management and continue improvement in SEND services.
Respond to rising demand for children's services and lead the next phase of the organisational journey.
Foster collaboration, partnership working and organisational influence across the council and external partners.
