Yard Person

Location: Redditch

Hours: 5:00pm – 10:00pm, any 5 days out of 7 (including weekends)

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: Minimum Wage

Diamond Bus is looking to recruit a reliable and hardworking Yard Person to support evening operations at our Redditch depot.

Key Responsibilities

• Assisting cleaning staff with the safe movement (shunting) of buses within the depot
• Refilling vehicle fluids, including coolant and other essential levels
• Supporting vehicle presentation and depot standards
• Cleaning and maintaining depot facilities, including the bottom office area
• Ensuring all duties are carried out safely and in line with company procedures

Requirements

• Awareness of vehicle safety and depot movements
• Good work ethic and ability to work as part of a team
• Flexible approach to duties to support depot needs
