Personal Care Assistant for a teenage boy P/T@ £79/weekly in WF3 - FTE - £25.8k

I am looking for a reliable and trustworthy person to help take care of my 15 year old son every Saturday or Sunday from 12 until 6 pm

Hours & pay

• Mainly Saturdays
• Flexible as can be Sundays too
• It will be worked between us so as to allow a good work life balance.
• 1200 - 1800 Alternate Saturdays or Sunday.

Main duties

• Main duties include to assist with toilet training and nappy changing
• Help dressing or undressing
• Supervising at all times
• Encourage outdoor play as much as possible
• Encouraging access to local parks and into the community using his wheelchair for any outings.
• Making snacks for my son and some domestic duties to help out if needed
• Applicants who are drivers with their own car preferred due to only 1 bus routes in our area of Wakefield but can be discussed at interview if shortlisted.

Good to know

• This is a permanent role
• Please note we have 2 dogs who will also be in the house so people with pet allergies will not be able to apply sorry.
• References will be requested
