What you'll be doing

  • Full 360 Ownership – From winning clients to placing candidates, you’ll manage the full recruitment cycle
  • Business Development – Build your own desk through networking, outreach, and market mapping
  • Client Relationships – Be the go to talent partner for your clients, delivering tailored hiring solutions
  • Candidate Engagement – Source, screen, and guide top tech professionals through their job search
  • Performance-Driven – Meet targets, celebrate wins, and take your commission to new heights
  • Stay Ahead – Bring insights and knowledge of your market to the table, making you a true industry expert

Who We’re Looking For

  • Proven experience in a 360 recruitment role (ideally in IT or tech – but we’re open to strong billers from other sectors!)
  • A natural relationship-builder with a commercial mindset
  • Resilient, driven, and ready to grow a desk you can call your own
  • A strong communicator who thrives under pressure
  • Proactive, entrepreneurial, money hungry and up for a challenge!
