Profiles Creative are working with a leading creative production agency to recruit a talented Retoucher to join their on-site studio in Solihull. This is an exciting opportunity to work with a globally recognised automotive brand, producing premium imagery across digital, print and e-commerce campaigns.

Reporting to the Photography Retouching Lead, you'll become part of a collaborative creative team, delivering pixel-perfect imagery from initial capture through to final output. This role would suit someone who has a genuine passion for photography, colour and retouching, with an exceptional eye for detail.

You'll be responsible for:

• High-end product retouching across digital, print and e-commerce campaigns.

• Colour correction, colour matching and producing highly realistic final imagery.

• Working closely with photographers and production teams throughout the post-production process.

• Carrying out quality control checks, ensuring images are colour accurate, consistently cropped and ready for delivery.

• Managing image workflows and maintaining organised file structures.

• Identifying opportunities to improve post-production workflows and studio efficiencies.

• Working directly with clients in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment.

We're looking for someone with:

• 2–4 years' commercial retouching experience within an agency, studio or e-commerce environment.

• A strong portfolio showcasing product, advertising, automotive, beauty or commercial retouching.

• Expert Adobe Photoshop skills and experience using Capture One.

• Excellent understanding of colour management and digital and print production workflows.

• Outstanding attention to detail with an exceptional eye for lighting, composition and realism.

• Experience working to tight deadlines whilst maintaining consistently high standards.

• Strong communication skills and a collaborative approach.

Salary: £40,000

Location: Solihull, Birmingham | On-site (5 days per week)
