Job Title: Warehouse Operative | Parts Department

Location: Nissan, Hanley

Salary: £12.71 per hour plus bonus

Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:30am – 2:30pm

Start Date: Immediate

About the Role

Holdcroft is looking for a reliable and motivated Warehouse Operative to join our Parts Department at our Hanley site. This is an excellent opportunity for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment, takes pride in maintaining high standards, and wants to be part of a professional and supportive team.

You will play a key role in ensuring the efficient operation of the parts warehouse, supporting the wider business through accurate stock management, goods handling, and timely distribution of parts.

Your Role

  • Receive, check, and store incoming deliveries

  • Pick, pack, and prepare parts for dispatch

  • Maintain accurate stock records and inventory control

  • Organise and manage warehouse storage areas efficiently

  • Support internal departments with parts requests and deliveries

  • Carry out regular stock checks and cycle counts

  • Ensure all health and safety procedures are followed

  • Maintain a clean, tidy, and safe working environment

About You

  • Previous warehouse or stores experience is essential

  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail

  • Ability to work efficiently in a busy environment

  • Reliable with a strong work ethic

  • Comfortable handling stock and completing manual tasks

  • Good communication skills and ability to work as part of a team

  • Basic IT skills for stock management systems

  • Automotive industry knowledge would be an advantage

  • Full UK driving licence is required
