Team Member

Job Type: Part-Time/Full-Time

Salary: £12.71-£12.80 ph

As a Team Member, you will support with the day-to-day operation including reception and the Food service areas and bars ensuring a high level of service is offered to guests.

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and check in guests accoridng to the IHG brand standard
• Deal with any issues ansd resolve them efficently
• Deliver a food and beverage service, ranging from breakfast, group dinners and ssrving on the bar
• Handle cash and card payments accurately.
• Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the bar area.
• Ensure stock levels are maintained and replenished as needed.
• Engage with customers to create a fun, lively atmosphere.
• Follow all health and safety standards and adhere to licensing laws.
