Measure and test products to verify and validate conformance to specification
Develop measurement techniques, MSA, and create measurement programs and test procedures
Undertake dimensional investigations and analysis of metrology data to improve tooling and processes
Measurements of production and NPI parts using contact and non-contact CMMs
Development of measurement techniques for production and quality control
Input into gauge concepts and design
Creating measurement programs for contact and non-contact CMMs
Undertaking PPAP and Annual Layout Inspections
Ensure compliance with IATF16949, ISO9001, and ISO13485

Experience with CMM programming and metrology in an automotive manufacturing environment
Knowledge of IATF16949, ISO9001, and ISO13485
