Shropshire Golf Centre is looking for a friendly, enthusiastic, and customer-focused Food & Beverage Assistant to join our team. If you enjoy working in a fast-paced environment, have a passion for hospitality, and love providing outstanding customer experiences, we'd love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities

• Providing excellent customer service to all guests and members.
• Taking food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
• Preparing and serving hot and cold beverages.
• Serving food and ensuring presentation standards are maintained.
• Operating tills and handling payments.
• Maintaining cleanliness and hygiene standards throughout the café, bar, and dining areas.
• Assisting with stock control and replenishment.
• Supporting the team during events, functions, and busy periods.
• Following all food safety, health and safety, and licensing regulations.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience in a food and beverage, hospitality, café, bar, or restaurant role is desirable but not essential.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• A positive, can-do attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
• Reliable, punctual, and well-presented.
• Flexible availability, including weekends and bank holidays.
