About This Role

The successful candidate will

  • Support high-quality teaching and learning across different key stages
  • Work with individuals and small groups, including pupils with SEND and additional needs
  • Help create a positive, inclusive environment where all children feel safe, supported and valued
  • Adapt activities and resources to support pupils’ engagement and progress
  • Promote positive behaviour and attitudes to learning
  • Support Early Years provision where required, including play-based learning
  • Work closely with teachers, leaders and families to support pupils’ progress and wellbeing
  • Contribute to the wider life of the school and our strong team ethos

  • A committed and enthusiastic Teaching Assistant with a recognised TA qualification
  • Passionate about inclusion and supporting all children to succeed
  • Able to build positive relationships with pupils, families and colleagues
  • Adaptable and confident working across different age groups and needs
  • Patient, nurturing and able to support pupils’ emotional and social development
  • Committed to raising aspirations, particularly for pupils facing disadvantage
  • Supportive of the Christian ethos and values of our school
