SEN Teaching Assistants

Location: NG5 (Nottingham)

We are proud to be working in partnership with Endeavour Academy (Upper and Lower Site), a specialist setting in NG5 that supports pupils with a range of Special Educational Needs (SEN).

We are looking to recruit dedicated, nurturing, and resilient Teaching Assistants to join the team on a supply basis, with opportunities for long-term placements from September 2026.

The Role

• Providing 1:1 and small group support to pupils with SEN
• Supporting children with both emotional regulation and academic learning
• Building strong, trusting relationships with pupils to help them feel safe and engaged
• Assisting with behaviour management using a calm and consistent approach
• Working closely with teachers, SENCOs, and wider support staff

What We're Looking For

• Experience working with SEN (e.g. autism, SEMH, ADHD) is highly desirable
• A patient, compassionate, and nurturing approach
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• The ability to remain calm and resilient in challenging situations
• A genuine passion for supporting children's development
