Trinity Multi-Academy Trust is a bold, ambitious and rapidly growing organisation at the heart of its communities.

The trust is currently made up of 11 academies, including primary, secondary, and further education, and we are set to increase the number of academies. It is an exciting time to join us as we look to expand our marketing team.

We are seeking a dynamic Marketing Officer to drive forward our brand, campaigns and communications across a diverse and expanding Trust.

This is not a typical marketing role. You will lead high-impact projects, shape the visual and digital identity of multiple academies and the Trust itself, delivering creative campaigns that engage thousands of students, parents and stakeholders.

What we’re looking for?

• Relevant marketing degree and/or industry experience.
• A creative and proactive marketing professional with strong design sensibility.
• Experience delivering marketing campaigns across digital and offline channels, including paid.
• Strong working knowledge of social media platforms and content strategy.
• Experience managing websites (CMS platforms)
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• A collaborative team player with initiative and energy.
• Attention to detail with a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
