Position: Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager

Development location: Taunton and surrounding region of M5 corridor

Senior Site Manager/Site Manager – About you

You will be a Senior Site Manager or experienced Site Manager, with a proven track record of delivering new build housing projects, working for a national PLC developer or regional developer/contractor; with experience delivering projects above 100 units in size.

• Demonstrable track record of residential house building project management
• Professional Qualification to an appropriate level
• Ability to lead and work with multi-disciplinary teams and interface with clients
• Self-motivated and proactive
• Attention to detail
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
• Excellent technical and practical knowledge and the ability to resolve important detail
• First Aid Trained
• SMSTS Qualified
