Harvey Legal Search is instructed on a number of mandates at international law firms.

We are keen to speak to Corporate M&A / Private Equity lawyers at the following levels:

  • Counsel - 8 PQE+ lawyers in top tier firms with a solid deal experience in M&A / PE.
  • Mid-Level lawyers - 3-6 PQE with solid experience in a US / magic circle firm.
  • Trainees - wanting to qualify into Corporate in March / September 2027.

Our focus at HLS is recruiting lawyers into US Law Firms, but we currently also have a Senior Associate / Counsel opportunity in a leading magic circle firm, in addition to all the current roles in US firms.
