Our Client, a leading international law firm is looking to hire a Class of 2027 - Tax Associate to join its highly regarded London Tax practice.

About The Role

As a Tax Associate, you will play a central role in the tax element of high value international transactions, drafting and negotiating tax provisions, analysing tax risk allocation, and working as part of integrated multi‑jurisdictional deal teams. You will have great responsibility, working closely with senior partners and colleagues across multiple departments. This role offers significant exposure to high‑quality work on a global platform, and clear scope for progression within a supportive, collaborative environment.

What We’re Looking For

You will currently be a Trainee Solicitor in a magic circle or US law firm, working in Tax (or having already completed a seat in Tax) and you will be due to qualify as a solicitor in March / September 2027.

You will have strong analytical capability, commercial judgment, and exceptional attention to detail. We're looking for someone who enjoys an entrepreneurial environment, challenging, interesting work, and taking on responsibility from an early stage in their career, with high ambition, focus and drive.
