My client are seeking an MEP Project Manager with a heavy mechanical bias to lead the delivery of critical infrastructure on a major Data Centre development in Blyth. This is a mechanically led role where you will take full ownership of the installation, commissioning, and handover of complex mechanical systems, ensuring strict adherence to design specifications and data centre uptime standards.

Key Requirements

  • Mechanical Expert: Strong technical background focusing on high-density cooling, HVAC, chilled water systems, and plant rooms.
  • Data Centre Experience: Proven track record delivering large-scale data centre or mission-critical projects.
  • Leadership: Strong subcontractor management skills, robust commercial acumen, and excellent health & safety standards.
