About One.funding

We're a growing commercial finance brokerage based in Bolton, helping businesses across the UK access funding for vehicles, machinery, equipment and working capital.

Since launching in 2024, we've built a business around experienced people, strong relationships and a belief that accessing finance should be straightforward.

Our ambition is to build something different in the finance industry, and Marketing has an important part to play in that journey.

The opportunity

We're looking for a creative, commercially minded Marketing Executive who wants to do more than manage social media accounts.

This is a hands-on role where you'll help bring the One. brand to life, tell our customers' stories and develop campaigns that generate genuine business opportunities.

You'll work closely with our Marketing Team Leader, sales team and supplier partners, with the freedom to contribute ideas, test new approaches and develop your skills as the business grows.

What you'll be doing

• Creating engaging content across LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram and other relevant platforms.
• Producing videos, photography, graphics and written content that showcase our people, customers and partners.
• Planning and delivering email marketing campaigns through HubSpot.
• Supporting website content, improvements and lead generation activity.
• Getting out to meet customers and suppliers to develop case studies and marketing opportunities.
• Supporting supplier partnerships, events and joint marketing campaigns.
• Monitoring campaign performance and recommending improvements based on results.
• Bringing fresh ideas and helping develop our marketing approach for 2027 and beyond.

What we're looking for

You'll have at least two years' experience in a similar B2B marketing role, with strong content creation skills and experience using CRM, email marketing and analytics tools.

You'll be comfortable using platforms such as Canva or Adobe, creating video content and managing multiple projects.

Most importantly, we're looking for someone who's proactive, organised and curious about the businesses we work with.

Someone who enjoys meeting people, takes ownership of their work and understands that good marketing should do more than generate likes and impressions.

Experience in financial services would be useful, but it's certainly not essential.
