The Role

We are looking for a commercially minded Buyer & Premium Gifting Lead to grow our wholesale range and develop multi-brand gifting collections.

Combining buying, sourcing, range development and gifting innovation, you'll discover exceptional products, build strong supplier relationships and create compelling collections that drive sales across wholesale, ecommerce, key account and premium gifting channels.

This is an excellent opportunity for an ambitious buyer, category executive or range professional looking to broaden their experience, take greater ownership and play a key role in shaping a growing area of the business.

Key Responsibilities

You'll play a key role in shaping and growing our wholesale and premium gifting proposition, identifying opportunities, sourcing exceptional products and creating ranges that deliver commercial success.

Responsibilities include:

• Spotting emerging trends, customer needs and market opportunities.
• Sourcing artisan and premium products while building strong supplier relationships.
• Developing commercially successful wholesale ranges and multi-brand gifting collections.
• Identifying products with both retail and gifting potential.
• Supporting ecommerce, marketplace, bespoke gifting and key account opportunities.
• Managing product costings, pricing, margins and sales performance.
• Working collaboratively with colleagues to bring new products and gifting concepts to market.
• Attending trade shows, supplier meetings and industry events to discover new ideas and opportunities.

About You

We value the right experience over a perfect job-title match. You may currently be a:

• Gift Buyer or Category Manager
• Product Developer or Range Manager
• Brand Manager

You will ideally have:

• Experience in buying, sourcing, product, category or range development
• Commercial confidence with pricing and margins
• Strong organisation, communication and relationship-building skills
• A genuine interest in food, gifting, retail and consumer trends
• The ability to spot opportunities and turn ideas into successful products
