Looking for your first step into the property industry?

Bentons is seeking a motivated and enthusiastic Trainee Property Manager to join our established Lettings team. This is a fantastic opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected independent estate agency where full training and support will be provided.

No previous property management experience is required. We're looking for someone with excellent people skills, strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn.

What You'll Be Doing

Working alongside experienced Property Managers, you'll learn all aspects of residential property management, including:

• Building relationships with landlords, tenants and contractors
• Arranging maintenance and repairs
• Assisting with property inspections and inventories
• Managing compliance documentation and safety certificates
• Supporting tenancy renewals and end of tenancy processes
• Keeping accurate records using our property management systems
• Delivering outstanding customer service

Every day is different, making this an ideal role for someone who enjoys variety, problem-solving and helping people.

What We're Looking For

• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• A positive, can-do attitude
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
• Confident using computers and learning new systems
• Ability to manage a varied workload
• Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle

Experience in customer service, administration, retail, hospitality or lettings would be beneficial but is not essential.
