We are looking for an experienced Paid Media Manager!

Are you a data-driven marketer who loves scaling campaigns and turning ad spend into tangible revenue? We are looking for a Paid Media Manager to join our growing agency team and take ownership of our digital acquisition strategy across a comprehensive multi-channel portfolio.

In this role, you will lead the strategy, execution, and optimisation of our paid portfolio, focusing on delivering high-performing, full-funnel campaigns for our clients.

What you will do:

  • Own the strategy and day-to-day management of campaigns across Google, Meta, TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
  • Manage and allocate monthly media budgets efficiently to maximize ROAS and minimize CPA.
  • Implement robust tracking, pixel setups, and attribution models using GA4 and Google Tag Manager.
  • Run continuous A/B testing on creatives, copy, and landing pages to boost conversion rates.
  • Translate complex data into clear, actionable performance insights for clients and senior stakeholders.

What we are looking for

  • 4 to 5 years of hands-on experience managing paid media campaigns, ideally in an agency environment.
  • Deep platform expertise across Google Ads and Meta Ads, combined with strong execution skills on TikTok, Reddit, and Snapchat.
  • Strong analytical mindset with a passion for data, tracking integrity, and commercial growth.
  • Excellent communication skills and the ability to manage multiple client accounts seamlessly.
