This is the first Emergency Home Responder role of its kind within Progress Lifeline, offering the security of a guaranteed 40 hours per week. We're recruiting two permanent positions, with opportunities available on either our day or night rota.
Based at Sumner House in Leyland, you'll use a company van and fuel card to support customers across the local area. Our structured 12-week rolling rota offers either five 8-hour day shifts or a four-on, four-off night shift pattern, providing visibility of your working schedule well in advance.

What You’ll Do
- Respond when it matters - attend emergency call-outs and welfare concerns, assessing situations and taking action to protect customers' safety and wellbeing.
- Help people safely - support customers following non-injury falls using specialist lifting equipment and safe moving and handling techniques.
- Enable independence - install, maintain and collect Lifeline alarms, key safes and other telecare equipment, helping customers to live safely at home.
- Provide reassurance - offer practical support and a calm presence during situations that may be distressing for customers or their families.
- Spot and report risk - identify safeguarding, welfare and health and safety concerns and take appropriate action.

- In possession of a Full UK Driving Licence.
- Able to work a flexible rota within a 24-hour service.
