KS3 SEN Teacher | Immediate Start

Linq Education is currently recruiting on behalf of a specialist education setting in the Tamworth area for a KS3 SEN Teacher to join their team immediately.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work within a well-established specialist school that places a strong focus on personalised learning, pupil wellbeing, and positive outcomes. With small class sizes of just 4-6 students, you will have the opportunity to build strong relationships and tailor learning to meet individual needs.

The Role

• Teaching a KS3 class of 4-6 students
• Planning and delivering engaging, differentiated lessons
• Supporting students with a range of special educational needs
• Working closely with Teaching Assistants and wider multidisciplinary teams
• Creating a safe, structured, and positive learning environment

Requirements

• QTS preferred but not essential
• Previous experience working with SEND students
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• A patient, resilient, and adaptable approach
• Passion for helping young people achieve their full potential
