Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor

We are seeking a Senior Clinical Negligence Solicitor to grow our Clinical Negligence department within Vincents Solicitors. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who wants to do more than manage a caseload. You will have the opportunity to lead and develop a team, shape the future direction of the department and play a key role in growing our Clinical Negligence offering across the firm.

Main Responsibilities

• Lead, manage and support a team within the Clinical Negligence department.
• To work an established and varied caseload of Clinical Negligence matters.
• Develop and implement plans to grow the department caseload.
• Identify and pursue new business development opportunities.
• Build strong relationships with referrers and professional contacts.
• Mentor and develop team members, supporting their continued progression.

Requirements

• Qualified Solicitor with at least 6 years PQE.
• Experience in a broad range of Clinical Negligence matters.
• Ambition to develop and grow a department
