We are looking for an enthusiastic and motivated experienced Diabetes Nurse to join our friendly practice team.
- Days: Wednesday plus either Monday or Friday
- Role type: Diabetes-focused only – no general practice nursing duties
- Location: The Clays Practice, Roche, St Dennis & Bugle
About The Practice
We are an open, friendly, relaxed but motivated dispensing practice operating over three sites in mid-Cornwall. We serve the most deprived population in the county. Despite the challenges this brings, we consistently receive very positive patient feedback and take pride in the strong relationships we have with our community.
We pride ourselves on being a collaborative practice, open to new ideas for quality improvement & different ways of working. We actively encourage colleagues to contribute to developing & refining how we deliver care.
