Events Operations & Volunteer Team Leader

Compassion UK & Ireland is seeking an Events Operations & Volunteer Team Leader on a fixed-term maternity cover contract.

We're looking for an experienced team leader who can develop people, improve processes and ensure our advocates, volunteers and Partnerships teams have the support they need to represent Compassion with excellence.

In this role, you'll lead the team responsible for event advocacy, volunteer support, resources and operational delivery, helping to equip others as we work together to release children from poverty in Jesus' name.
