M&E ESTIMATOR - Full Time - Site Based

Location: Basildon (Head Office)

Project Locations: Central London & the South of England

L&B Technical Services Ltd are looking for an experienced M&E Estimator to join our team. Working alongside our Commercial and Operations teams, you will be responsible for developing accurate, competitive, and commercially robust tenders for mechanical and electrical projects. Key responsibilities include:* Reviewing drawings, specifications, and tender documentation* Producing detailed M&E estimates and take-offs* Obtaining and analysing supplier and subcontractor quotations* Building up labour, material, and plant costs* Identifying scope gaps, tender risks, and opportunities* Preparing tender clarifications, exclusions, and qualifications* Supporting value engineering and alternative solutions* Attending tender meetings and site visits* Supporting project handover following successful awards We’re looking for someone with:* M&E/building services estimating experience* Strong commercial awareness* Good understanding of technical drawings and specifications* Excellent Excel and numerical skills* Strong attention to detail* The ability to manage multiple tenders and deadlinesPlease send your CV to: Sign in to view email
