With its stylish design, laid-back atmosphere, and a menu that celebrates the best of land and sea, Scotts offers a warm welcome from morning coffee to sunset cocktails.

We are now looking for a General Manager to lead the team, drive exceptional service, and continue the success of this award-winning venue at the heart of the West Coast dining scene.

The Works

As General Manager, you will take full ownership of the day-to-day operations at Scotts Largs, leading service with passion, supporting your team, and delivering the outstanding hospitality that defines the Buzzworks experience.

You will be responsible for:

• Leading and inspiring a large, multi-skilled team across restaurant and bar operations
• Maintaining exceptional standards in service, safety, and compliance
• Driving venue profitability, efficiency, and long-term growth
• Building and nurturing a positive, high-performing team culture
• Representing the Scotts brand and delivering consistency across every guest experience
