Bar / Floor Staff - Twelve Twenty

We are seeking enthusiastic and reliable individual to join our team as bar / floor staff at Twelve Twenty in Newton Abbot.

Your primary responsibilities will include serving drinks, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment for our guests.

You will be responsible for taking bar orders, serving, processing payments, and maintaining stock levels at the bar where needed.

Key responsibilities include:

• Delivering outstanding customer service to enhance the guest experience.
• Mixing and serving a variety of beverages, including alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the bar area.
• Collaborating with team members to ensure smooth operations during busy periods.
• Adhering to health and safety regulations, as well as responsible alcohol service guidelines.

The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a friendly demeanour, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

Previous experience in a bar or hospitality setting is preferred.
